By using A²I services, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope
A²I provides:
- Custom AI solutions
- CRM and workflow automation
- Integrations (Shopify, HubSpot, WhatsApp, etc.)
User Obligations
You agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to misuse AI systems
- Not to use services for illegal or harmful activities
Payments
- Setup and subscription fees must be paid as agreed
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
- Custom-developed solutions belong to the client (unless stated otherwise)
- A²I retains rights to frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components
Limitation of Liability
A²I is not liable for:
- Business losses due to third-party platforms
- Misuse of AI systems by clients
- Indirect or consequential damages
